How do I get started?

Simply fill in the below form, call or drop in to set up a free half hour long private lesson.

We offer this as a chance for you to interview us by testing first hand the instruction we provide. If you enjoy your lesson we will enroll you in our unique three lesson trial or introductory program, in which you will learn some basic escapes, control, and injury techniques. The cost of these three lessons is only $34.95. All three lessons will be held on a private (one to one) basis, with you and your instructor. At the end of the trial you should have a good idea of whether or not we are the school for you.
